Shift is an artist book publication in collaboration with the Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR). IPPR conducted research into the public's views on immigration and found a significant liberal shift in feeling on immigration and refugee policy since the EU referendum. This publication takes a simple graphic approach to summarise the main points from the report and emphasise this shift in feeling.
