Association is a Scottish graphic design agency specialising in branding, packaging, print and web. Founded by award-winning designer Michael O’Shea.
Association is the studio of Michael O’Shea. His practice explores the use of print as a multi-dimensional form of communication. His work has won a number of awards – including five D&AD, eight DBA and 14 Scottish Design Awards – and appeared in publications including Phaidon’s A Smile in the Mind. Examples of his design are held in national collections including the Art Gallery of New South Wales, the National Galleries Scotland, the British Library, the Henry Moore Institute and the Tate.
Michael is a Visiting Fellow at the University of the West of England’s Centre for Print Research (CFPR) and writes about art and design.
